Client Engagement Consultant Honore Consultants New Orleans, LA 70127 We are a Financial Firm looking for experienced, High Energy Sales/Customer Service Professionals with ANY phone sales experience and in the field experience. Our Sales Representatives are on the phone and also meet with clients face to face. You will also help maintain the clients account. Please note, this is NOT a telemarketing room with several people on the phone. The ideal candidate is polished, engaging and compassionate. If you have a great attitude and work ethic, this job might be a great fit.
Knowledge of Credit Repair is a plus, but not necessary.
You will be trained step by step. This position is has added bonus weekly. 9:30am-5:00pm,

Full-time, Part-time and Full time , Contract, Commission As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as an integral part of the Customer Service and marketing team. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients with available leads in a niche market. Assist with communications on behalf of the company, manage the direct needs our members through a needs-based analysis computerized program designed to simplify the process, as well as completing the necessary paperwork. Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Excellent communication skills Basic computer knowledge Honesty and transparency with the company and clients at all times Outgoing, fun & energetic with an upbeat personality Accountability and Coach-ability Time management skills Responsibilities Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns. Assist in project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of client requests. Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track client interactions and project progress. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client communications and transactions.
