In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or promote new services. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client services is preferred, but NOT required. Willing to train the right person. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in typing and using computer systems for data entry. Experience with outbound calling is a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately is desirable.
