Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.

  • Promote AOEN Media Solutions’ products and services, identifying upsell opportunities where appropriate.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and maintaining a positive tone.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in media, marketing, or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of media or digital marketing solutions is a plus but not required.
