This essential role in our Charity campaigns will directly involveyou in providing outstanding support & cultivating strongrelationships with individuals who contribute to meaningful causes.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will immerse yourself incomprehensive training, learning the intricacies of donor relations& the specific needs of our charitable partners. You’ll developexpertise in proactively addressing supporter inquiries, managingdonor accounts with precision, & communicating the impactfulstories of the non-profits we represent. Key Responsibilities forthe Customer Service Associate Act as a main point of contact forexisting donors and supporters, providing excellent customerservice via in-person, phone, and email interactions. Address &resolve a wide range of donor inquiries, including questions aboutdonations, charitable programs, tax receipts, & the specific impactof their contributions. Maintain accurate and confidential donorrecords in the CRM system, precisely processing updates toaddresses, payments, and contact preferences. Inform donors aboutcurrent campaigns and initiatives, clarifying how their ongoingsupport advances our non-profit partners’ missions. Promptlyinvestigate and resolve donor concerns, escalating complex issuesto the appropriate teams and ensuring timely follow-up forsatisfactory resolution. Handle donation adjustments andcancellations according to company policy and financial regulationsto maintain donor trust and compliance. Support donor retentionthrough proactive outreach, gratitude, and community building.

Collect and record key donor feedback to inform management andmarketing, enhancing service and campaign results. Maintain anin-depth & up-to-date knowledge of the various non-profitorganizations Silver Lining Marketing represents. Adhere strictlyto all data privacy regulations & company policies regarding thehandling of sensitive donor information, ensuring confidentiality &security. Collaborate effectively with sales & fundraising teams toensure a seamless transition from acquisition to ongoing customerservice & loyalty building. Actively participate in team meetings &training sessions, sharing best practices & continuously enhancingcustomer service skills & knowledge of charitable programs.
