Customer Service Representative:

Daily Responsibilities Include:

✓ Answer customer questions via phone, email, or chat (we’ll train you!) ✓ Listen to concerns, provide solutions, or connect customers with the right department ✓ Help customers place orders, track deliveries, or update their account info ✓ Log your conversations and outcomes in our easy-to-use computer system ✓ Provide excellent service with patience, clarity, and a positive attitude No sales pressure just genuine customer support. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll become a problem-solver and a friendly voice for our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Requirements:
