Salary:
$30000.00 – $45000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Requirements Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must have ability to multi-task. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities.
