Salary:
$25000.00 – $35000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Mon-Fri Schedule Responsibilities Issue insurance documentation and update policies. Assist clients with payments Assist agents with daily tasks Obtain and maintain accurate client records. Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up. Requirements Customer service experience required. Insurance experience is a plus! Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
