This is more than processing endorsements; you will own the full client journey by building relationships, anticipating needs, and being held accountable for outcomes. This role is for someone who can operate independently, think critically, and act with urgency. Organization and attention to detail will come organically to the right candidate as well as intuitive, proactive troubleshooting. This person has strong, effective communication skills and has a willingness to collaborate with others to reach solutions. Advancement opportunities available to grow the commercial team. What You’ll Do

  • Attend and actively participate in weekly Monday meetings at 8:30 AM CST
  • Independently manage the flow of and respond promptly to incoming service requests via phone, email, or carrier portals Think renewal quotes, audits, claims, COIs, payments, coverage questions, etc.
  • Maintain day-to-day client and agency files with proper records, according to KiG’s procedures, to satisfy internal and external auditing requirements
  • Think critically and challenge vague underwriting responses. We don’t rubber-stamp carrier decisions
  • Build rapport and trust with every client interaction Proactively identify and cross-sell additional coverage during service touchpoints
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Display the capacity to be an independent learner through seeking out training to improve your knowledge base and possess superior product knowledge Candidly collaborate with underwriters and clients to intimately understand risk exposures to list class codes and explain exclusions/endorsements accurately Bring new knowledge to KiG team members Provide feedback to management on areas of improvement within the organization as well as presenting ideas on how to improve Ideal Candidate 1+ years of commercial lines P&C experience Active Louisiana P&C license Confidence using AMS systems (EZLynx preferred) and carrier platforms Strong communication, accountability, and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Why Work With Us Base salary + bonus opportunities, and cross-sell performance incentives Paid time off, medical benefits, and 401(k) with match Career path to senior account manager or producer roles A culture of clarity, coaching, and continuous improvement About Kastner Insurance Group (KiG) We are not a traditional agency.
