This will be a full-time, in-office position.
JOB FUNCTIONS 1
Responds to customer questions and concerns. 2 Resolves and/or escalates customer complaints and issues. 3 Updates and verifies customer information. 4 Minor troubleshooting on equipment issues. 5 Processes customer leads and new orders. 6 Processes cancellation requests. 7 Upgrades/upsells existing customers. 8 Processes new account data and data verification. 9 Assists other departments as deemed necessary by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School diploma or GED. Must be PC literate with some familiarity with MS Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
