Salary:

Responsibilities Client Support:

Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the claims process if needed.

Policy Assistance:

Assist clients in understanding their policies, including coverage options, exclusions, and renewal processes.

Claims Management:

Facilitate the initial claims handling process by collecting required information and guiding clients through the necessary steps.

Record Maintenance:

Accurately maintain client records and update information as required, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company guidelines.

Communication:

Clearly and positively communicate with clients and insurance carriers, ensuring all interactions contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Problem-solving:

Quickly identify and resolve client concerns, demonstrating a proactive and empathetic approach to service delivery.

Requirements Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or related fields is preferred.

Experience:

Preferably, 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally within the insurance sector.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance policies and products clearly and concisely.

Customer-Focused Attitude:

Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Problem-Solving Skills:
