- We report no shows for interviews and shifts
- Must be able to train on 6a-2p shift and have a clean background
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items efficiently
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise as needed
- Make pizza and other small eats
- Promote and upsell products or services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Follow company policies and procedures at all time
- Complete shift duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet sales targets
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of fleet sales is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Basic retail math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with technology products for technology sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
