JobDescription:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedPersonal Lines Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in personal lines insurance and apassion for helping clients find the best coverage options to meettheir needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with theirpersonal insurance needs, including auto, home, and other personallines policies. Provide exceptional customer service by respondingto client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct policyreviews and recommend appropriate coverage adjustments. Process newpolicies, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, andregulations. Collaborate with underwriters and other team membersto ensure client satisfaction. Educate clients on availableinsurance options and assist them in making informed decisions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’sdegree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personallines insurance. Strong knowledge of personal lines insuranceproducts and services. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities. Proficient in insurance software andMicrosoft Office Suite. Valid insurance license (or ability toobtain one within a specified timeframe).
