Responsibilities and Duties The Guest Support position helps guests feel American Factory Direct Furniture is a source for delivering excellent service and provides the retail showroom with office administration. ~Must be able to work retail hours (with availability Mon-Sat 9-7 & the occasional Sunday) ~Highly customer service oriented ~Interactive with all departments within the company ~Satisfying guests by taking payments, scheduling deliveries, making changes to their order, processing refunds, and expediting guest orders to completion. ~Execute daily office administration tasks including cash handling and balancing, records maintenance, and billing. ~Great position to learn the business and grow within the company, especially great growth opportunity for sales!

Qualifications and Skills Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. Fast and accurate data entry skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to be a fair, efficient and guest service-oriented representative. Prefer knowledge of retail procedures, policies and systems.
