What You’ll Do:
Parts Ordering:
Accurately place orders for RV parts, ensuring prompt and efficient procurement.
Parts Receiving:
Manage incoming parts deliveries, verify orders, and handle discrepancies with precision.
Customer Service:
Be the go-to expert for parts inquiries, providing top-notch service and product recommendations.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock levels, manage part locations, and support smooth operations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the service team to meet customer needs and enhance the RV experience.
Problem Solving:
Quickly and effectively address any issues with parts orders or deliveries. ✅
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in a parts counter or retail environment preferred, but we’re open to training the right person.
Skills:
Strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of RV parts and systems is a plus—but if you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to teach!
