We’re currently searching for a Front Desk Member Services Representative Floater to join our team at our Watson branch. If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat! Job Description Answers questions about products and services and works to resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve. Greets members in a welcoming manner and assists them with account and/or credit union information via phone, email, in person, live chat, etc. Supports branch by being a backup when needed. (
Example:
MSR, assisting with ATM balancing, card balancing, verifying shipment, etc.). Keeps track of walk-in members. Ensures that members are helped in a timely manner. Identifies opportunities and cross sells/offers products and services to our members. Performs file maintenance and account changes as needed. Demonstrates the Credit Union’s Core Values (Service with an EDGE, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect, Accountability). Performs other job duties as assigned. Requirements Six months to twelve months of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Hours are 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. Why join us?
