The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that meet their needs. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while adhering to company policies. Experience in outside sales is preferred, with a proactive approach to generating leads.
