The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. This role requires strong communication and technology skills and the ability to analyze client needs effectively. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and in person ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist clients with product information, rentals, and troubleshooting issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Keeping facility clean and presentable. Maintaining rental equipment cleanliness. Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; abilities are a plus. Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Proficiency in office software applications and data entry tasks. Ability to analyze information effectively and provide solutions to client issues. Sales experience is beneficial for identifying opportunities within customer interactions. Excellent typing skills to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
