Labor Biz Market is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support. Respond promptly to client emails, calls, and messages in a professional manner. Manage day-to-day client account activities and ensure timely processing of requests. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate issue resolution and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the database.

Requirements:
Qualifications :
