Requirements Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively handle client services with a friendly demeanor. Experience with outbound calling is a plus. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Basic sales skills are advantageous for promoting products effectively. Comfortable using computers and various software applications related to customer service operations.
