Labor Biz Market is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Inbound Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team in New Orleans. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling Provide information and support to clients and guests regarding services and events Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication flow

Requirements:

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
