Overview:

Sirius Staffing is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support operations in the energy sector. This role involves direct interaction with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and accounts.
Resolve complaints, process returns and special orders professionally and efficiently.
Handle order processing, shipping updates, service changes, and billing questions.
Communicate product and pricing details, including availability and discontinuations.
Investigate and correct errors by reviewing internal records and customer accounts.
Refer complex issues to appropriate departments and coordinate follow-up as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery.
May promote or upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.
May assist with reviewing credit information or resolving credit-related issues.
Occasionally visit customer locations to resolve service concerns directly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with customer service and office software applications.
