Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Fronter to join our team. As a Fronter, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with customers
• Perform data entry to maintain accurate records of interactions
• Analyze customer needs and effectively present product solutions
• Communicate clearly and persuasively to promote products or services
• Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Skills:

• Proficiency in languages preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers
• Experience in outbound calling and sales is a plus
