Customer Service Representative Confidential Covington, LA We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for guiding homeowners through the benefits of going solar, presenting customized solutions, and closing deals with confidence. You will play a key role in our mission to make clean energy accessible and affordable.
Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with potential customers (virtually or in person) Understand customer needs and tailor solar solutions accordingly Present financing and installation options in a clear and professional manner Manage leads, follow-ups, and track sales activity through CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sale process Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
