We will ensure that you are fully trained and well-prepared for your duties. Duties You will be expected to supply over-the-top customer satisfaction first and foremost. Your duties will include warmly greeting visitors to the office, scheduling/rescheduling of appointments, basic billing, explaining the features of our service to interested prospects on the phone, and resolving customer concerns over the phone and via email. There will be a 2-week training period which will occur Monday-Friday from 8-2. After that, schedule will revert to the full 8-5 shift. Pay/hours Hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (40 hours weekly). Pay starts at $14/hour base + bonuses/commissions and will likely average around $16/hourly starting out or more depending on your sales skill level. Hours would be slightly shorter during the first 2 weeks for training at Monday-Friday from 8am-2pm instead. Benefits
