Position Description:
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to our customers, their systems, and our applications via remote troubleshooting, online ticketing, and phone support! The salary will grow as you grow into the company, learn our systems/processes, and expand your role with us!
Position Duties:
Inbound ticketing, phone, and chat Support.
Remote Desktop Troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and PC Troubleshooting System Configurations Service Dispatch Support Skills/Qualifications:
