Quick Lane Service Advisor Southland Dodge 6161 W Park Ave, Houma, LA 70364 Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on automotive services and repairs. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the service process while effectively communicating their needs to the service team. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including automotive diagnostics, brake repair, alignments, and suspension work. Manage customer inquiries and concerns with exceptional customer service skills. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all service orders. Promote dealership services and products to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized service area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers. Requirements Proven experience in an automotive service environment is preferred.
