Researches and determines likely customers for equipment and services. Responds to inquiries. Informs and educates potential customers of services available. Follows up installations and alterations to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintains knowledge of product information and features.

Minimum Requirements:

Work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Operate a computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax machine Work at other Kaptel locations as needed Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent
