Job Description
Nauset Disposal is looking for a Call Center Representative to join ourteam in South Yarmouth, MA. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to5:00pm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as point of contact for all internaland external customers (new and existing) Respond to customer andresident inquiries via phone or email for questions related to waste andrecycling services, including scheduling and pick up Analyze accountactivity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to thecustomer. Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordancewith company policy and internal controls Liaise with internal teams todetermine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints.
Coordinate drivers according to customer requests
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1year of customer service/office admin experience Excellent timemanagement and prioritization skills Strong written and oralcommunication skills Critical and logical thinking skills
