Compensation:

On Target Earnings Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications Requirements Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset (creative and growth focus). Providing an exceptional client service experience. Maintaining my client’s cultural standards for its stakeholders (clients, prospects, shareholders, employees, carriers, and community). Displaying a proactive, positive, enterprising, constructive, team-centered mindset. Skills Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C and LAH license. Proficiency in IT. Insurance agency/carrier experience is a plus. Responsibilities Achieving “on-target earnings” as outlined in the business plan. Monitoring new and renewal revenue, client retention percentage, and overall results. Understanding a prospect’s business model and using a risk management approach to secure the company’s insurance portfolio. Providing outstanding service to an existing book of business and looking for opportunities to increase revenue by cross-selling additional products that will enhance the client’s business insurance protection plan. Negotiating insurance coverage terms and conditions with management teams after determining the client’s commercial insurance needs against available insurance products. Implementing various networking strategies to maintain relationships and grow the customer base. Staying current on insurance coverage provisions, changes within the insurance industry, new regulations, and pertinent legislation to ensure customers understand their coverage terms and insurance services. Supporting the client’s efforts to head off potential insurance claims by presenting them with reliable risk management services.
