Branch Service Representative Position Available In Bristol, Massachusetts

Taunton Federal Credit Union is looking to hire a service orientedindividual to assist our members with a variety of financialtransactions and servicing. The Branch Service Representative establishes andbuilds relationships with our members through service. Candidate musthave flexibility to be scheduled as needed. Read on for adetailed job summary and essential functions. Essential FunctionsProcess member transactions including check cashing, deposits and loanpayments. Perform account servicing requests both in person and viatelephone. Answer phones and conduct appropriate research to resolvemember inquiries. Educate members on products and services that couldbenefit them.

Qualifications/Education/Experience/PersonalCharacteristics:

2 years cash handling experience preferably in a bankor credit union setting. High energy level, good interpersonal skillsand ability to work independently and follow up on tasks. Ability toplan and organize, handle multiple priorities and stressful situations.

Excellent communication skills. High school diploma or equivalentexperience. Strong computer skill including MS Office. Strong attentionto detail. Ability to work branch hours as needed including Saturday.
