Responsibilities:

Working with inbound and outbound customers that are calling in Booking inbound and outbound calls with customers to fill customer requirements Maintain an inbound booking rate that is established by customer Reaching approximately at least 100 outbound calls per day as needed Making sure the next day is fully booked Contacting customers who send in requests via phone, text or email Educating the customers in the trades company works in Participate in training as needed Working to solve customers issues quickly and efficiently Reporting any customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to prevent potential customer loss Communicate with customers, dispatch and supervisor

Requirements:

Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and Google documents Good customer service skills Good verbal and written communication skills Time management skills and organizational skills Hours available are: Thursday – Monday (ideal preference) Wednesday – Sunday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Hours may need to be adjusted seasonally and as the position evolves. Training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch The pay is up to $26.00 an hour based on experience
