Position Details:
Schedule:
Full-time, first shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) – with potential for overtime!
Location:
On-site only (no remote or hybrid options)
What You’ll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service by helping patients with their needs efficiently, empathetically, and professionally. Use medical terminology to help patients understand their healthcare needs and navigate their options. Provide clear and effective communication over the phone, managing high call volumes with ease and courtesy. Handle data entry with accuracy to maintain updated patient records. Support multilingual patients
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with medical terminology – a background in a medical office is a plus! Proven success in customer service , with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with data entry and computer systems; experience with call center software is a plus. Ability to assess patient needs, think critically, and provide the right solutions.
