Compensation Package:

Average hourly earnings range from $28 to $35. (Base pay: $20/hour, supplemented by bonuses averaging $4-$16/hour.) Comprehensive Paid Training. Performance-Based Bonuses. Generous Paid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Leave, and 7 paid Holidays. 401K Plan with a match of up to 6%.

Health Insurance Key Responsibilities:

All tasks listed below are incentivized with bonuses. Encourage warm leads to schedule appointments for our in-home sales team. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services. Close sales and achieve quotas by adding value. Follow up on outstanding estimates. Address overdue accounts. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: 2 years of proven sales experience or telemarketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
