In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. You will utilize your skills in customer service, project management, and customer relationship management to enhance client satisfaction and drive business success. Duties Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and address client inquiries. Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, track project progress, and analyze client data for insights. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Analyze client feedback and market trends to recommend improvements or new services that align with client needs. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively, enhancing overall client experience. Prepare reports on client engagement metrics and project outcomes for internal review. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Excellent analytical skills to assess data trends and make informed decisions. Proven experience in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Background in financial services is a plus but not required. A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices. Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) products is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
