Negotiation Full Job Description Requirements:

3 years of customer service / inside sales distribution experience in the electrical / heating industry Ability to read detailed documents such as specifications and equipment schedules Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and working knowledge of a CRM database Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally Top-rate organizational skills•ability to multi-task and manage tasks effectively in fast paced environment Highly competitive and motivated • Solid understanding of sales metrics Creativity and an ability to convey and sell new ideas Strong negotiation skills are preferred Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To): Order entry Obtaining quotes from vendors, checking price and delivery, including special pricing Quoting customers Handling customer return process Expediting Orders Purchasing Parts Updating the CRM Database Performing research as needed Customer follow-up Participation in onsite channel partner seminars
