The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle various customer situations with professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to address inquiries and resolve issues. Closely monitor customer billing to prevent cancellations and ensure retention. Assisting with collections efforts on past-due accounts. Maintain accurate records of client accounts, including outstanding balances addressing billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and working with clients or lenders to find solutions. Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in sales administration tasks, including document processing and managing policyholder accounts. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service strategies. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Experience in retail sales or similar environments is preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse clientele. Proficient in analyzing data to improve service outcomes. A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
