Responsibilities Data entry of PO’s and invoices Assisting with contract reviews and other similar projects Provide outstanding client services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Type accurately and efficiently to document customer interactions and update records in our database. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer information and transaction records. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in client services or customer support roles is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Previous experience working in an office or call center environment is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
