Call Center Representative:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Engage withprospects in a professional and friendly manner to understand theirneeds and assess their interest in our products or services.
• Presentproduct/service information, and schedule appointment for Sales team togo out and conduct a presentation.
• Address any questions or concernsthat potential customers may have.
• Maintain accurate records ofinteractions with customers in the CRM system.
• Follow appropriatescripts.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and providesolutions.
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Assist with otherCall Center duties as needed.

Onsite Key Qualifications:

• 1+year experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
• 1+ yearcall center experience. Five9 experience a plus!
• Excellent customerservice skills
• Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoftoffice.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Abilityto multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellentcommunication and active listening skills
• Goal-oriented andself-motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
