As the face of our business, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your efficiency, accuracy, and positive demeanor will help ensure a pleasant customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet customers and assist them with placing their orders. Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately. Use the POS (Point of Sale) system to process orders and ensure items are correctly entered. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area. Assemble pizza boxes and perform other light prep tasks during downtime. Bag orders for customer pick-ups and deliveries. Answer phone calls professionally and take orders with clear communication and attention to detail. Qualifications & Experience Cash handling and customer service experience. Previous experience with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Team player and reliable.
