Client Service Representative Kirkwood – Hudson Location 577 Main Street, Hudson, MA 01749 Kirkwood, Hudson location, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Representative to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to grow within the print industry and gain hands-on experience in customer support, production coordination, and print project management. Salary based on experience in all or some of Kirkwood’s core business offerings and ability to work the hours needed to complete projects.

SUMMARY Work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time by effectively managing communication, project requirements and production timelines. A successful candidate should have a continuous learning mindset and be adaptable to take on new and evolving responsibilities. Skills necessary and Experience preferred Prior Print, Mail, Fulfillment, or Promotional industry experience or Client Service experience required. Customer focused mindset with attention to detail. Experience with client communication and maintaining professional relationships. Highly organizational with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fact paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to work as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong math skills for estimates, billing and job specs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); familiarity with order entry or CRM systems a plus.
Tasks and Responsibilities Standard hours:
8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional extended hours as needed Work as part of Client Service Team to onboard new clients. Serve as a point of contact for clients and account managers via email and phone. Input and track print orders accurately using internal systems. Enter orders into the MIS system following established procedures. Write clear, concise and detailed instructions for internal teams. Distribute order information to appropriate departments for processing. Maintain accurate and up to date client order files. Provide regular status updates to clients and/or account managers. Update and manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Manage client communication, project requirements, and timelines. Monitor and manage inventory (client owned or in-house) to confirm order completeness. Ensure successful completion and delivery of client projects. Coordinate with the Production team to meet client expectations. Provide general support to internal and external teams as needed. Quality control proofs and products to assure they meet customer requirements. Serve as a back-up to other team members when necessary.
