SERVICE SPECIALIST
Baystate Financial, a Premier Financial Services organization in New England and beyond, is seeking an enthusiastic individual as a Client Service Specialist. In this role you will support Financial Advisors and their teams as well as the Firm.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Collaborate to become a point of contact for Advisors and their teams in the policy reassignment process. Research accounts and act as liaison with associates and Home Office partners to ensure accuracy with reassignment of accounts. Track and execute daily requests, and delegate as needed. Maximize use of corporate tools and enhance knowledge continually.
Ideal Skill Set:
Ability to work independently while impacting team results. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Learn and adapt to new software and processes quickly. Proficiency in CRM systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Customer/Advisor-centric mindset. Financial services industry experience a must.
