Customer Call Center Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Our client, a leading provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join their team. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Care department supporting a dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

• What’s the Job?
• + Resolve requests and inquiries related to orders, shipments, or other customer-related matters and accurately document.

+ Ensure documentation adheres to ISO certifications and is able to withstand Customer-Service related audits when called upon. + Enter internal and external customer orders and quotations received via inbound calls, email, and website inquiries. + Investigate and record lost or damaged orders, complaints, credit, and/or rebill requests. + Act as a role model of the company’s values and best-in-class business practices.

• What’s Needed?
• + High School Diploma or GED. + Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. + Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with SAP is a plus (training will be provided). + Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing tracking information. + Bilingual skills are a plus.
