Role:

In thisposition, you will:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timelymanner.
• Engage with prospects in a professional and friendly manner tounderstand their needs and assess their interest in our products orservices.
• Present product/service information, and schedule appointmentfor Sales team to go out and conduct a presentation.
• Address anyquestions or concerns that potential customers may have.
• Maintainaccurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system
• Follow appropriate scripts.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarifyinformation, and provide solutions.
• Contribute to a positive teamenvironment
• Assist with other Call Center duties as needed.

• Inoffice/Onsite Key Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in a customerservice or sales role preferred.
• 1+ year call center experience. Five9experience a plus!
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong computerskills with experience in Microsoft office.
• Ability to workindependently and as a part of a team
• Ability to multi-task,prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication andactive listening skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desireto achieve targets.
