Customer Service Representative Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

• Job Overview:

• Responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company byanswering phone calls or emails from consumers. Responding to questions,participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover newcommunication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about companyproducts or services to best assist potential and existing customers.

• Job Responsibilities:

• Answering and managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries submitted via email
• Providing introductory information about business and services to prospective and new customers
• Routing incoming calls and inquiries to appropriate dispatchers
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Maintaining a calm, positive disposition while helping deescalate complaints
• Assisting dispatchers as requested
• Other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years of work experience in administrative/customer support role in industry specific plumbing/HVAC field
• High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
• Valid drivers license
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask
• Proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office software
• Strong aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Solid intepresonal and collaborataive skills
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Possess a natural curiosity about company business and industry
