Customer Service Representative (CSR)

PositionOverview:

Seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer ServiceRepresentative to support domestic order management and implementfunctional excellence in line with business and customer needs.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, quality compliance,and cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments andsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage domestic customer orders,pricing, documentation, and invoicing using SAP-R3 or equivalentsystems Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes usingbusiness unit tracking systems Issue credit/debit memos and processsamples and rebates Monitor sales orders through the fulfillmentprocess Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain,manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, and logistics Supportcompliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements Contribute totraining, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

College degree required; bachelor’s degreepreferred Minimum 6 months-1 year of SAP-R3 (or equivalent)experience in order processing, deliverables, and invoicingIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Excel,PowerPoint, Word); testing required Experience with Salesforce.comand SharePoint a plus Understanding of Sales-to-Cash (STC) andRequisition-to-Pay (RTP) processes preferred Strong organizational,multitasking, and project management skills Excellent interpersonaland phone communication abilities Ability to adapt in a fast-paced,dynamic team environment Demonstrated initiative in identifying andimplementing process improvements
