Role Overview We’re currently hiring for an Entry-Level Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative specializing in Personal and Commercial lines Insurance. In this role, you’ll support new and existing clients with quoting, policy updates, and service inquiries—all while growing your book of business and earning commissions. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver accurate insurance quotes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries: eligibility, coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes.
• Support networking initiatives with professionals like realtors, mortgage brokers, and auto dealers.
• Track and meet sales and service performance goals.
• Identify and promote financial service solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and responsiveness. What You’ll Need
• Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Life & Health License (Preferred)
• Previous experience with Personal or Commercial line Insurance (Strongly Preferred)
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Excellent communication—verbal, written, and listening
• Proven reliability, ethical conduct, and results-driven mindset Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and organization
