We’re looking for an experienced, professional Service Advisor who can manage a busy front desk, talk cars with confidence, and keep techs and customers moving. This is not an entry-level job. If you’ve got real shop experience, strong communication skills, and want to work with a no-drama team that values reliability and results — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet and check in customers professionally Translate tech recommendations into clear, honest explanations Build estimates and get approvals quickly Manage workflow and scheduling efficiently Source and order parts, handle vendor communication Keep the front office organized and running smoothly Provide accurate updates to customers on status, costs, and timelines What You Need to

Bring:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (shop or dealership) Strong automotive knowledge — must understand repair terminology Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure Familiarity with POS and shop management software ASE certification or prior tech experience a plus
