Herb Chambers is a trusted leader in automotive repair and maintenance and we are seeking a dynamic Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and listen carefully to their automotive concerns Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services and repairs Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, warranties, and services Handle administrative duties including invoices, payments, and service records

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CDK is a plus.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday Weekends on
