This is a contract (1099) position with flexible hours and the opportunity to transition to a full-time W-2 employee after 6 months. Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen currently living in the United StatesFluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plusPrevious customer service experience preferred but not mandatoryExperience with Microsoft Office is a plus; experience with Microsoft Teams is a big plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient computer and data entry skillsMust have access to a personal computer, wired internet connection, and headsetMust be able to complete and provide a clear background check and drug test
