Service writer/advisor Powersports & Marine dealership Billerica Motorsports & Marine Inc 6 Riveredge Road, North Billerica, MA 01862 Service writer/adviser position available at Billerica Motorsports & Marine. Family owned and operated business since 1937. Powersports & Marine dealership. Authorized dealer for Sea-Doo Watercraft, Sea-Doo Pontoon, Ski-Doo, Yamaha, Scarab jetboats. Looking for someone with a with a passion for powersports and/or boats and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:

Well organized and computer literate Motorcycle license 3+ years experience in auto/powersports industry (writer/adviser OR technician) Prior service writing preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Strong leadership skills Excellent customer service skills/communication Familiarity with DMS systems Knowledge of repair processes for powersports & marine systems Responsibilities include but not limited to: Greet customers and determine needs Schedule jobs Using information tools and software systems Assisting in diagnosing vehicle issues Allocating jobs for techinicians Reviewing technicians work and completing repair bills Housekeeping and other responsibilites as needed Provide outstanding customer service, address any issues quickly. Forklift operation Answering calls/emails/texts from customers Some basic parts counter work as needed Maintain and create job codes Create/update/finalize repair orders Complete required manufacturers testing requirements Coordinate with manufacturers to get approval in advance of repairs if required including taking photos of work and returning parts Estimate costs of repairs and provide itemized work orders Obtain customer authorization (signature on RO) on every work order Work with sales department scheduling PDI of sold and showroom units Stay up to date with manufacturers warranty and technical bulletins Routinely inspect quality of work performed as required What we offer: Heath insurance program 401K Paid time off Employee discount Family business, low pressure environment 4 1/2 day workweek, Tuesday – Saturday Please forward resume/inquires to kari@billericamotorsports.com.
